When will I collect the equipment?
After you have paid for your order, we will confirm it. The confirmation will include options to collect the equipment. This will be either an email or call to your provided contact details.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is parking and good access onsite. We can also load equipment directly to your car from our loading zone.
When will I return the equipment?
We will arrange a time to return the equipment when you collect it, however you are always welcome to contact us to request a different time.
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
Basic demonstrations can be shown during collection however if you specifically require a detailed explanation then please let us know so we arrange that for when you collect the equipment.
Can I extend my hire time?
In most cases you will be able to extend your hire time assuming the equipment is not booked during the requested additional time.
