Cancellation Policy

We get that things change, which is why we want to make it easy for everyone!
We offer free cancellation before 21 days of any event, no matter the reason. We reserve the right to altar our cancellation policy for larger productions and events, if we choose to do so, it will be written on your quotation and documentation.

Bookings cancelled 20 days before a hire or service will be given either a 70% Refund or full Credit for future hire/services. 

Bookings cancelled 7 days before a hire or service will be given either a 50% Refund or full Credit for future hire/services.

Bookings cancelled 3 days before a hire or service will be given a 40% Credit only. 

If your event is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance such as death, injury, pandemic, sickness or other reason please contact us and we may be able to make a once off arrangement. We may require proof or validation of the incident.
