When creating your slide decks and videos it's important to get the size right to the displays that will be at your event!
Generally we work with 16:9 screens unless you have requested something else, we will always communicate with you how the content needs to be.
Please see an example below, generally when you setup a powerpoint or google slide it should be in a 16:9 ratio as standard.
